1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unworn, undamaged, with original tags and packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number/email confirmation) required
2. How to Return

- Pack items securely (preferably in original packaging)
- Ship your return using a trackable method (return shipping costs are your responsibility)
3. Refund Process
- Allow 7-10 business days for processing after we receive your return
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
4. Exchanges
For size/color exchanges:
- Select “Exchange” during return process
- Specify preferred replacement (subject to availability)
- We’ll ship new item after receiving your return
5. Non-Returnable Items
Cannot be returned:
- Worn or damaged items
- Final sale items (marked “SALE” or “CLEARANCE”)
- Personalized/customized products
6. Defective Products
If you receive a defective item:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Provide photos/video of the issue
- We’ll arrange free return shipping
7. International Returns
Customers outside our primary market:
